i was purging but then i saw blood all on my fingers and i was spitting it out a lot 19f

19f, i relapsed in purging and for the first time ever i saw blood, kinda a lot of it on my fingers after a couple times and i started to spit it out.

after i checked my throat and i cant see any blood or any cuts on my throat. i cant tell if i was throwing up the blood but that wouldnt make sense to be throwing it up? what should i do
