I am in IIT IIM guy. Can you guide me on career based on the context below?

I am in IIT IIM guy. I earn close to a crore but my role is a very generalist one. It is of a chief of staff for an AI startup. I am doing good here but I feel I don’t have any niche skill, neither a developer, prodman nor a sales person etc. I am afraid if I will survive at this package in couple of years?

I know it might sound very absurd because an IIT IIM person is asking career advice on Reddit.
But the truth is, I have spoken to quite few people but haven’t received any meaningful advice.
I am trying to learn something from the Reddit community here.
