FAT Hotels in Seattle

Going for a quick weekend trip and would love to see the groups thinking surrounding hotels in Seattle.

The only one that I'm looking at which I would maybe consider fat is the Lotte. I'm currently booked at the Hyatt Regency but can switch anytime. Any hidden gems around?
