Codex business plan vs Plus

Can someone please explain the difference between the two plans? Business allows you to create a workspace to invite 5 members, do all 5 members get the business codex usage 100% of it independent of each other? No shared pool? For 20 dollars a month? Or does each member has to pay 20 dollar to use codex? And how are Business codex limits compared to plus?

We are planning on sharing one chstgpt account so which plan will be best for a small team of 3? Plus or Business?
