Any way to make the little teeny tiny mouse pad on the Go S work a little… well… at all?

I know it gets shit on a lot but has anyone been able to use it successfully? I’d really like for it not to suck, but it seems entirely useless the way it is. Every time I click it moves across the screen because the sensitivity is so high. No way you’re dragging and dropping with it either.
