35 [M4F] - Cosmetic Surgery

I'm not a fan of the balloon face, cartoonish body, bimbo look. But there is something really hot to me when a woman gets, or is considering getting, work done. Going to the extremes of surgery to be more attractive and mold your face to something more visually pleasing. It just feels much more extreme than we think it is, due to the way it's been normalised.

As to why it's hot? I think it's because of chasing physical perfection, and even more so the need for attention over your looks. Whether that's a nose job, make up, or a new outfit, it's hot to me that you want attention from your appearance.
