Pc do people actually do rune drops still ?

I’ve played this game 4 times this time makes it 5 younger brother old enough to enjoy the game I’m injured an have the time so I got it for us just need a boot from the runes/lvls an I’ll be straight to go get stuff I used to have as well assist where I can with others if someone could help
