LPT: Eat when you're hungry, don't eat when you're not.
In my youth, I was chubby because my parents thought they had to feed me a lot so that I'm nourished. Looking back, I realized how much harm that has done to me in terms of weight and other health issues.
Past my teenage years, I stumbled upon fasting and began to explore a bit. My weight then dropped considerably and I began to feel lighter and better. But after some years, some problems also began to pop up as well (such as having cold limbs and hunger pangs).
Since then, I have been experiencing with different ways of eating, but after reading about the concept of food cycling, I have come to realize that the answer is actually incredible simple: eat when you're hungry, and don't eat when you're not.
And it's funny, because the truth is that our body already has the answer to many things we're seeking, and when I do so as opposed to dieting or following the trends, my weight actually remains stable like some brilliant stroke of magic.
