Where to buy previous version Macbooks?

Hello! I was thinking of buying a MacBook Air M3 or M4 for school but when I checked online stores such as Power Mac and Beyond the Box, they're always out of stock. I was wondering where I could purchase older versioned MacBooks that I can pay with installments? TYIA!
