Mental problems

About 20 days ago, I spent an entire night using amphetamine (speed). During the night I felt fine, but the next day when I went to the bathroom I suddenly got very dizzy, and my nose started bleeding from one nostril. Those symptoms passed, and physically I mostly returned to normal. However, since then I’ve been feeling much more emotionally off — more irritable, more easily angered, and generally in a worse mood than usual.
The worst symptom is that I developed a constant ringing/hissing sound in my ears, like white noise. It’s really affecting my quality of life, and I’m worried it might be tinnitus. It hasn’t gone away, and I keep noticing it throughout the day. Before this, I had only tried amphetamine twice in my life, so I’m not a regular user.

Has anyone experienced something similar after stimulant use? Did the tinnitus and mood changes improve with time? I’m especially worried about whether this ringing could become permanent.
