Suggestions for an upgrade

Hey Everyone,

I'm going to be upgrading to a 5070ti from a 3070 shortly. I'd like to take my 3070 and throw it into a mirco atx build but I'm torn between which route I should choose.

My current setup is the following

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x

MOBO: Asus Prime x670-p

GPU: 3070

RAM: 32gb DDR5

1TB Samsung SSD

I also have a spare power supply and a 500gb ssd that I can use for the new build.

Here are the two routes I have been thinking about going.

1. Should I get the $300 dollar 7500x3d combo from microcenter (which comes with a b850 asrock mobo and 16gb ddr5 ram) and then use the ssd and power supply I have plus my 3070 for that build and upgrade to the 5070ti on my main computer.

2. Spend an additional $350 to $400 to upgrade to either the Ryzen 9 9900x combo deal or the Ryzen 7 9800x3d
