Refusal of ID Verification - Ticket #13350957

Hi u/FACEIT_Darwin. My ticket #13350957 regarding a false-positive smurfing ban was closed by agent Cayde. I have repeatedly requested ID Verification to prove that I am a unique user from Astana, Kazakhstan, playing on my only main account.

However, the agent ignored my request for verification and told me they would no longer respond. Why am I being denied the right to prove my identity through official documents? Please help me get a manual review.
