West Hove Pong this morning!

Was anyone around West Hove Kingsway late morning/early afternoon today (13.05.26) especially around BP garage and Lagoon - and smelt that awful stench - a cross between rotting food and a landfill site? It was that area’s day for collection of food waste but I can’t believe it would generate that much stench! Any ideas? Hoping it’s not gonna be a regular Wednesday occurrence!
