HTC VIVE Vision Focus Not Working on Onward

I cannot get it to work. It gives me the 'Onward' title screen, then goes black. I have checked all software and hardware is updated. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. I have checked the controller compatibility and even changed it. And still no difference.

Please help as I have been at this for weeks.
