i am so tired of food industry managers

i am just so tired of managers overstepping my boundaries. i just put in my two weeks at one job because my boss keeps overstepping boundaries, blaming staff for his mistakes, ignoring my schedule limitations, and just being an overall dick. i got a job at a new coffeeshop and i’m already getting a similar vibe from my boss here. while walking to the first job this morning, i ran into my new manager and she immediately starts trying to schedule me???? at my interview i said i just wanted 2 days but she’s forreal trying to get me in all 7 days a week. i just feel like imm dodging one bullet for another one. i’m so tired of this shit yall.
