Minion Build Help

Hey everyone,

I'm following the mid-game build on Maxroll for minion barb and I'm not sure if you really don't get good damage until the mythic endgame build or if I did something wrong. My damage is in the 10s of millions but every video I see is in the hundreds of billions. I know my gear isn't perfected and missing gems but I didn't think the difference in damage would be that great and I could clear more than Torment 8 on it.
