Sebaceous Cyst Update

I posted on here around two weeks ago regarding my girl’s ruptured cyst and got some great advice, but I have a follow up question for those with more experience. As stated in my previous post, she was on two antibiotics and given a surgery quote of around $1100 for a small cyst removal or $2200 for a cyst removal plus teeth cleaning. As you can imagine, this is well outside of my budget right now especially for something that I feel healed well. I have a follow up on Saturday and am considering cancelling because I feel like I’m just going to go there and be pressured into getting her surgery and then charged $250 for taking up a room for 10 minutes. Based on the pictures I provided in the comments, does this look healed enough to wait for surgical intervention? Should I still attend the appointment, or would you skip and save the money?

I also have a suspicion that I may have gotten the sack out myself. When it originally ruptured, it bled more than her previous rupture that did require surgery and left a pretty big hole in the area. I didn’t check for any tissue when I was cleaning it and wiping blood away, but based on the amount of blood and the hole it left, is there a possibility the sack is out? It healed pretty flat, but I know that once the sack is empty it can refill, so it could just be that.
