Hull City were one goal away from relegation last season. Sergej Jakirović now has them in the Championship play-off final.

Hull finished 21st last season and only stayed up on goal difference.

Jakirović came in with a transfer embargo, injuries, and very low expectations, and now Hull are in the play-off final.

Feels like one of the most underrated managerial jobs in Europe this season.
