Open source MMU units for klipper printer?

I have an Ender 3 V3 KE I want to mod and add multi material support. I stumbled across Pico MMU, but that uses a lot of obscure parts which are hard to find where I live (Türkiye). So, are there any alternatives? If not, I'm just gonna buy a Co Print head.
