Canada Nursing Jobs

I have a general question. If someone goes onsite to Canada and later wants to call their sister there, as she has completed her nursing studies from Delhi, then what is the scope of nursing jobs in Canada? Also, how can she apply there, and what are the possible ways to apply for nursing jobs in Canada?
