How long does it take to hear back about an investigation?

I work for a small company with no HR and my complaints were about how the manager bullies me and other employees so I told the owners of the business. The owners told me I was the only one with a problem when I brought it up but I was getting punished for the tension in the store; so I went to the government and reported the bullying and how my claim was dismissed. The government sent an officer in to do an investigation/ safety inspection and the officer did find some stuff, and now I’m curious how long it will take to hear the results of the investigation? I did call them and ask and they are having a hard time trying to get the owner to talk (probably because they didn’t do any paperwork for my complaint and fired me instead)
