No Spares Layers?

Hey everyone, is there a bug in the new Slicer update regarding the "No Spares Layers (Beta)" feature?

The layers in the Prime Tower are now shifting out of alignment. I know it's a beta feature, but I haven't had any issues with it until now.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
