13k miles engine leak!

My subaru outback premium just has an engine oil leak at 13k miles. I take care of my car and do an oil change and tire rotation at every 5000 miles interval. However this time i did not drive that much and 6 month mark was getting close so I thought I needed an oil change. And the dealership told me that there a leak everywhere like, timing chain cover, head gasket back, oil pan and fujibond failure. Dealership told me the engine needs to be taken out entirely and resealed by the technician. I know that the value of my car has gone to shit after this. I have has 2 more failures, within one month of purchase starlink failed, 2 month of purchase battery failed in middle of the road. I bought it in santa clara California. Not sure what should i do? Does lemon apply here. It has only been 1 year and 13k miles.
