Question about filing a claim with UPS

I had a package from a 7oh vendor come up missing. I'm attempting to file a claim with UPS. It's 100% their fault, as they say they delivered it, but it's not here. I can't find it anywhere, and the proof of delivery photo was of the idiot drivers foot!

There are a lot of things they say you can't file a claim for, and one of those is supplements. I have no idea how else to describe 7oh.

For those of you who have gone through this process and have been refunded, what did you say was in the package?
