What’s a small life change that unexpectedly improved your happiness?
A year ago, I thought happiness had to come from something “big” more money, perfect timing, or major achievements. But honestly, the biggest difference in my daily life came from small habits I almost ignored.
For me, it was putting my phone away 30 minutes before sleeping and taking short walks without music sometimes. It felt boring at first, but it strangely made me feel calmer and more present.
Now I’m curious about other people’s experiences because the smallest advice often ends up being the most useful.
What’s one small change, habit, or mindset shift that genuinely improved your life more than you expected?
