Share authorization, warrants, tiered?
Everyone seems pretty split on whether the new share authorization is a good or bad thing.
Personally, I’m okay with this “dilution” because we will be walking out better, even with so many shares being authorized.
What bothers me though is this, instead of selling shares directly on the open market, why not issue more warrants so existing investors are the ones who benefit rather than institutions getting the advantage? Say warrants at $22, or even $25.
I also think that if a share authorization does happen, the sale prices should be tiered something like $28, $30, $32, etc. instead of all being dumped between $22-25 (current prices)
Maybe I’m off in my thinking here, but that’s how I see it. What do you think?
