Confused about what I can (legally) buy online in NJ now

So as of April, New Jersey says no delta-8 in unlicensed shops. Only dispensaries can sell it. I can't (legally) buy in Pennsylvania and bring anything into the state either. Hemp derived delta-9 appears to be a grey area, but my local shop has ditched all 3chi products for example and seems to just be focusing on CBD now or something. I contacted 3chi about this and they said "eligible products" can still be shipped.

All that said, yes, I can just go to a dispensary and get legal weed, but I like delta-8 better. Anyone else in NJ and trying to stay legal? Have you just switched to dispensaries?
