Offering HOA/Condo Advice

Hello reddit,

I am a Florida HOA/Condo manager with a decade of experience in the Central Florida area. Over the years, I've seen many situations where frustrated homeowners simply didn't understand:

• what their rights were
• how associations operate
• what records they can request
• or how to effectively address concerns with their board or management

As a way of giving back to the community, I'd like to leverage my expertise and donate some of my free time to helping association members better understand and navigate issues they may be experiencing within their associations.
