85 customers, 2.5K USD revenue, big update coming -- stuck on a few decisions

Built Dropshot a month ago (screenshots → cinematic product videos, in browser).

So fat made $2.5K from 85 customers. $29 lifetime.

Now I'm doing a major update. Adding features (text layers, better blur, improved 3D), removing stuff that I think are not pulling weight. Want it tight, not super bloated.

Three things I'm stuck on:

Landing page vs. direct-to-app?

I have landing page right now. For a browser based tool like this, does the landing page actually help - or should people just hit the app and let it sell itself?

Feedback without tracking?

Dropshot is privacy-first — no usage tracking. So I rely on customer feedback to know what's used and what isn't. But even paying users rarely reply to feedback emails. How do you handle this without extensive analytics?

Where to find traffic?

Product Hunt feels increasingly pay-to-play. I'm a designer (10+ years, worked with Porsche, Mastercard, Vodafone), not a marketer. Never enjoyed social media. What channels worked for you that don't require becoming a content creator?

Genuine asks - would love to hear what's worked for you.
