No Flexible Raid for Siege of Orgrimmar?

Based on the Blizzard post, we won't get Flexible Raid difficulty for Siege of Orgrimmar.

This disappointed me and I hope I'm not the only player this disappointed.

Are there any other player's disappointed with this change too?
