Prius gen 2 2007 won't start

Hey everyone, my gen 2 Prius 07 won't start. Their aren't any sounds when I try to turn it on and the dashboard doesn't light up at all. I also recently got a new 12volt battery from Toyota themselves so I'm lost on what could be the problem.

I'd rather not have to tow it to my local Toyota dealership and would like to figure it out myself if possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
