PSMA PET scan before biopsies

I wanted to ask: Is it a good idea to get a PSMA PET scan before biopsy? Do doctors in England actually recommend PSMA PET scans before biopsy in situations like this or is biopsy still usually required anyway? What are people’s thoughts or experiences with the EpiSwitch/PSE test? Is it considered accurate or useful in helping decide about biopsy? Has anyone here actually done the EpiSwitch test? And finally, which hospitals or prostate centres in England would you personally recommend for prostate biopsy and prostate cancer treatment?

We are just trying to make the most informed decision possible and would really appreciate hearing from people with experience. Thank you so much.
