Help

I ended up on fent and meth after coming off of a 10 month 7OH binger (1500mgpd). It's been six days. I quit the meth yesterday.

I have some Subs, Clonidine, Gabapentin and helper meds but I know that methadone is much more effective for this; should I get on them for a week or two? I know that the clinic/doctor won't look kindly upon that short of a regimine but I absolutely do not want to be on methadone long term. I just went through sub withdrawal last year after nearly 15 years of on and off usage and I've quit it more times than I can count and I know methadone is 10x worse so I'm good.

Cold turkey scares me. I just woke up from a nap after having only smoked hours ago and my heart was pounding 9ut of my chest. It's scary.

Also a short background - 23 year polydrug user of heroin, meth and cocaine mostly, everything under the sun at this point. The only fent I've ever had was in tar and pressed pills, but this is a different beast.
