When did “car note” enter popular American vernacular?

I’ve noticed people using the term “car note” for car loan payment on TikTok compilations recently. People will list monthly payments like rent, utilities, etc., and include “car note” with them. Has this always been a thing? Because I’d never heard it regularly until maybe the last six months.
