HW4 FSD in Model Y Juniper vs Model X's HW4

Totally new to tesla. Are they both same HW4? which one of them is superior and any other differences between them ?
Also how can i find Used Model X's HW4 cars? Is there a VIN series or certain year beyond which HW4 is available? And what to look for on software screen?
