How to link to do list within a specific person’s page (in a button) to general tasks database?

I have a tasks database to keep track of all to do’s. I also have a people database with a page for each person I regularly meet with. Within that page I take notes during our weekly meetings by using a button that will duplicate a simple template of agenda items and to-do’s. I would like to link the items on that to do section to my main task database.

here’s the screenshot of the button settings within the person’s page And highlighted the bullet list is like to also create a task each time I add a bullet

How can I achieve this? I’m a new notion user of one week and have been trying to get my foundation structure to work for me
