missing episodes on hbo max?

hbo max recently became available where I live, been rewatching the show and noticed the lemonhope episode is completely gone despite the fact I watched it when it first aired on tv, some other episodes I watched that were regularly aired are gone too like card wars and breezy, anyone know why this is?
