Can't order any merch from Bleep or Warp

Looking to buy a T-shirt which is supposedly in stock, getting a non descript error during the shipping phase saying there was a problem and nothing more. I'm in the EU. I have already contacted Bleep support, and they are yet to respond, does anyone know what to do about this from past experience? Also, how long would it take to receive the shirt considering I'm in Europe? Thanks in advance.
