S1Pro delay starting print

I have had this printer for several months with overall great results, the issue I have been having that seems to be getting worse is when I start a print it takes a very long time to start printing. The extruder and bed will heat up to temp without issue and it will move into position and then sit there for 20-30 minutes, I can't say it wouldn't go longer but that is about as long as it takes for me to tun the machine off and either give up on that print for the time being. It seems to do it worse when I am printing ASA, not so much with PLA and those are the two filaments I use most of the time.
