Our puppy seems like he’s very aggressive

Hi everyone! My husband and I had recently gotten a Goberian, a Husky and Golden Retriever mix. He’s coming up to 11 weeks, and his biting is out of hand.

I haven’t raised a puppy for a while, and my partner has no experience. We have toys for him, teething toys, I play with him, and he always goes for us no matter what. We’ve tried the ignoring, the time outs, the neck grabbing, yelping, trying to get a toy in his mouth and redirecting, but none of that works. He’s broken skin on my husband and I, when we tell him no, or to leave it he barks and lunges at us. He’s been biting and chewing on everything. I know he’s just a puppy, but at what point does it get too much?

I am seriously at a breaking point. I have so many scars and scratches on my hands, arms, legs. He barks and screams at us when we pen him for a time out. He is such a sweet and good boy, but the pain of the biting is so much.
