Starting Dropshipping With $0 — Is It Actually Possible?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been researching dropshipping for a while now, and honestly, I feel stuck between motivation and reality.
I want to start, badly. I have time, discipline, and I’m willing to learn every single day. The problem is that I literally don’t have money to invest right now. No budget for paid ads, no Shopify subscription, no fancy tools.

Most content online makes it sound impossible unless you already have capital.
So I wanted to ask people who’ve actually gone through the process:
Is it realistic to start with almost $0?
What would you focus on first if you had no money but a lot of time?

Would you learn organic content first (TikTok/Reels)?
Would you test products through marketplaces instead of building a store immediately?
What skills gave you the biggest advantage in the beginning?

I’m not looking for “get rich quick.”
I know this takes work. I’m just trying to figure out the smartest path when resources are limited.
I’d genuinely appreciate honest advice from people with real experience.
