Insta got suspended (again) for integrity pls help

My main account got banned in march, (device ban due to integrity) and i made another one a week ago through my browser on another device on my device data for which it is untraceable but i got suspended again due to integrity. I did spam a couple stories and send lots of follow requests, also gained about 300 followers within a week. I appealed so should i get my account back?
