Is this normal after a bleach or should I refund?

I have natural light brown hair and I was always getting a balayage but yesterday I finally got a full blonde bleach - not platinum, more like a gold-ish blonde. The process didn't burn as much, but the moment they put on the toner - oh my god. It was torture. I obviously told my hairdresser what was going on and she just started putting the toner on faster (I suppose there was nothing else to do at this point as my hair was yellow.)

The color turned out fine, but she told me that my scalp looked very irritated and that I should be careful with it, use oils and even put conditioner on it (she said that usually we don't do that but my scalp needs it rn). She basically blamed it on my skin being fragile and that it "should be better when I get my roots done in about 6-8 weeks, because the scalp will get used to it".

Anyway, here I am, a day after, and my scalp is COVERED in scabs. They don't hurt unless I touch them, there's no oozing or anything, or at least not for now. Everyone says that she burnt my scalp and I should refund, and that her explanation was just a cover up for her mistake.

Personally, I really don't think I should be getting this done again, at least not from the roots.

Does it sound like she made a mistake? I have no idea what do. I need advice. Thank you for any help.
