Cause of traffic situation today?

All of south Kolkata was choked. Took me 1hr 30 mins to cover 7kms. This goes for Rashbehari, Chetla, Hazra, Deshapriya Park, Tollygunje & Southern Avenue.

Heard there was a Suvendu BJP rally. Jut curious to know what happened.
