Planning a birthday party

Hi all! I’m out of state but starting to plan my friend’s birthday party for later this year (thinking mid-November).

We need to rent maybe an Airbnb that allows a small party, because she wants a taco truck outside. Anyone have any suggestions on houses we can rent for a night and/or good taco trucks? Thanks!
