Did I just potentially risk my account by contacting support for unauthorized charges after being hacked?
For quick context, I was at work yesterday when my account was hacked into. It was my fault, I thought I had 2FA set up when I didn't, and my card was saved onto my account at the time for easier robux purchasing. Henceforth, $100 was spent on Robux, completely unauthorized. When I came home an hour later, the robux was spent in its entirety.
I've contacted support and I am just waiting for a response at the moment. But I was told from a friend that since the robux was already spent, I most likely wouldn't be getting my money back. But I've also heard from other sources that there are punishable offenses to this, such as possible account deletion.
Is there a chance I may have just made a mistake of contacting support? My account is 9 years old (made in January 1st of 2017) and I have a couple of low-tier limiteds, such as the blue traffic cone. I grew up with Roblox and would hate to lose my account.
