How to switch between mods/no mods on steam deck!

Hey! If this has been asked before, I’m so sorry, I couldn’t find it. I’m modding stardew on my steam deck but I want different playthroughs to have different mods, and to sometimes switch to vanilla to play with my husband on our shared farm.

Is there a way to do this? TIA!
