Affordable bankruptcy lawyer?

Elderly relative lost their job and can't stay afloat with their 30k credit card debt. Unfortunately we are unable to help much financially. This relative has no savings just a couple of beat up cars as assets so it's not like they have real estate or substantial assets to save. Does anyone know a trusted lawyer that could get this done as affordably as possible? What is a reasonable fee for this service nowadays? Thanks for any help
