First Sales Engineer Interview - Advice
I have an interview coming up for a sales engineer position that requires 2 years of technical customer-facing role. I have experience on the technical side and a lot of it is customer facing but I've never done actual sales work. The interview is coming up and I want to be better prepared when they ask me sales questions. I'm thinking I should get a quick online certification as an intro just to have something related to sales to talk about. I started playing around with Trailhead but I'm not sure what else I should look at. This is a small company and while they have a strong sales team I think the position I'm up for is for one of their first sales engineer hires. I want to make sure I'm coming in knowing what I'm talking about. I'm super familiar with their product and really passionate about what they do, so fingers crossed! Any advice is welcome :)))
