Is this a miscarriage? (14 weeks pregnant, graphic photo in comments)

I’m 17 female and 14 weeks pregnant. Me and my boyfriend were having our usual sex and realised half way through that I was bleeding. I had these small, fleshy clots with grey things. I’m not sure what they are, like small streaks of flesh. The blood behind is the blood i emitted from sex, but it’s mixed with vaginal fluid so doesn’t seem AS red. Could anyone help please?
